Mort-Mart Return and Refund Policy
This policy details the conditions under which you can return a product purchased from Mort-Mart and how refunds are processed. By purchasing our products, you agree to this policy.
1. Our 30-Day Return Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Mort-Mart purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a return window of 30 days from the date your order was delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
2. Items Excluded from Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Opened or used personal care products: This includes any opened or used cosmetics, skincare tools (like the Cleanse Crown 2.0 or 5-in-1 Hair Removal device), and any sealed products where the seal has been broken.
- Gift cards.
- Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable at the time of purchase.
3. How to Start a Return
- Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support Team at [Insert Support Email Address] within the 30-day window.
- Provide Information: Include your Order Number, the specific item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Receive Authorization: If your return is accepted, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting an RMA number will not be accepted.
4. Shipping Costs for Returns
- Customer Responsibility: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind or personal preference, you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Mort-Mart Responsibility: If the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), Mort-Mart will cover the return shipping costs and provide a pre-paid shipping label.
5. Refunds and Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund was approved or rejected.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
- Timeframe: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If an item is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) with the following information:

- A clear photograph of the damage or the incorrect item received.
We will promptly evaluate the issue and arrange for a free replacement or a full refund, and we will cover the cost of the return shipping.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (per the instructions above) and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
